Daron Duane Nelson

Daron Duane Nelson was born to Donna (nee Heitfield) and Lonnie Nelson in Oxford, Ohio on March 29, 1965. He's the beloved husband of Sandy Minton; devoted father of Shand Nelson and step-father of Joshua Boatright, Randy Boatright and Doug Minton; adoring grandfather of Alazaya Dunham, Kamyron Dunham, Zayden Dunham and Austin Boatright; loving brother of the late Dion Nelson, LeAnnie Johnson, Lonnie Nelson, George Nelson and Chelsea Nelson; and dear friend and relative to countless other friends and family members. 

Daron was an active community member who had a big heart for his neighbors. He was known in the Oxford area as a longtime barber, but on the weekends he was pure cowboy. Daron's love for all things horses was well known by those who knew him best. But most of all Daron was a family man who enjoyed spending time with his family more than anything. His absence will be profound in the lives of those who loved him and he will be deeply missed.
