William "Bill" G. Martz

William “Bill” G. Martz, beloved husband of Carol (nee Franke) Martz for 54 plus years; adoring father of Michelle (J.B.) Sperber and Michael (Sherry) Martz; loving pepaw of Karli and Kamryn Sperber, and Trevor, Dylan, and Jake Martz. Also survived by his brother, Jack (Carlotta) Martz and a sister, Judy (David) Hoehn. Preceded in death by his parents, Ruth (nee Schunk) and Walter Martz. Bill was an accomplished architect, designing the Montgomery Inn The Boathouse down on the Ohio River. Bill retired to the Martz family farm in 2005 where he designed his future home. An avid member of the Greater Cincinnati Norther Kentucky Oldsmobile Club. An avid reader of western novels and hot rod magazines. Also enjoyed indoor volleyball and boating on Brookville Lake. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Stroke Association. Services will be private.
